A beautiul write! I totally agree that without darkness light wont prevail! Without sorrow how will we ever know joy? I truly enjoyed this, bravo! Hugs.  Ter Alone in the dark, through my thoughts comfort I do seek, through my words I find peace. |

Sunshine ~ quote Until the dark has made you fear until the day is so far away you cannot see the light until in dark a voice you hear. - Kahlil Gibran pulled me through many a dark time into the light during my life, and you have taken his writing and teaching to another level here. This is truth, for without darkness one would never know what the dawn was. You must hear your inner voice or the voice of whichever higher power you believe in as this the key to the light and a new "dawn". Now, this poem I absolutely loved, (it gets the gold calligraphy and a little frame for sure)  Can you tell I loved it?~*~ May the spirit of this season live in your heart all year through ~*~ |

(sigh) I too believe that we can only grow and learn to share love and compassion from first feeling the pain and understanding the darkness and the sorrow and tears within it so we can relate our feelings to others and reach out with loving spirits of light and embrace the hurt.
