When God Gets Done With Me.........(Marge's Challenge) |

The Master holds the fabric, and the scissors so to say. Cutting each of my squares in his own neat and peculiar way. Some are rough and ragged, and so thin and worn with wear, others are of thick and sturdy, and sewn together with care. Some are dark and depressing, while others are bright with joy, some are soft like silk while others are bumpy like corduroy. There are more than a handful of sections where the colors dark, and the patches thin, If I had to count them off, I would say a thousand plus ten. These patches and these colors are my life, can’t you see? Some are worn and ragged; bright and dark, just like me. The rough ones are the “bad times”, though the stitches are sewn so tight, while the bright ones are the “good things” it’s a magnificent and amazing sight. The Master is the maker, of this wonderful display of art, he continues to sew my pieces together even when we are apart. For each and every moment, every breath I take, He is sewing together my life, so that something beautiful it shall make. For when he gives me a challenge or even a simple chore, upon my completion he adds another square more. Without a doubt I am sure of what a beautiful tapestry it will be...
