Check-mate A simple game from the start a cross between war and art teased by the step of a pawn pieces of eight, here and gone Played upon a strip of chance where skill and craft make a stance amongst shadows black and white drawn to line by precious knight Beyond castles field of reach where silently bishops preach taking guard from queens escape for a kings demise, ... check-mate |

*giggling* I do love the game of chess...you know it seems to me this world and it's controlling powers are much like people playing a game of chess with the outcome of each country determined by the moves made. *grin* love is much like this game as well. Okay. I like this, although I don't know why because I don't know anything about chess. I'd ask you to explain it to me, but we'd be here all night! LOL!
