(This is dedicated to all of you...all my true friends) Dear One By: Noah Eaton 1/19/01 You are the dove that swims on the crystal lake Under the angel hair willows, dancing in my heart Your soft silken feathers warm my heart, the golden egg Filling me with your warm words and love, my heart twinkles with thanks You are the white rose that sings inside of me, drinking the light of the sun Cuddled in the jade-tear eyes of the garden of my heart Laced in a gossamer veil, weaved by me, the porcelain spider I will weave on, collecting all your tears and love as you continue to sing to me You are the north star that I look upon as I walk on through my rite of passage Signaling to me, a lantern all so lustrous that hangs upon faiths golden pillar A starburst breath that warms my conscience, as I hold your love beam of light in my hand Determinations shard diving into my soul like a Bodkin arrow, as I listen to your words You are part of the audience, as I share my dreams with you on the lodestar podium There is never a cost, it’s all on me, 24/7, 100% guaranteed Under the poppy sun or the alamode moon, you keep me company As you and me listen together, you melting my heart with your sweetness You have made me a happy person, as you fill me with cheer everyday Touching me deeply as I cry of diamond tears of love, sensitive tears of loss and sorrow Forever giving me something to believe in, and something more to say You are like a god in me, in which I worship with my love and care for you My gift for you, dear friend, is everything you’ve given me All the love and hope that you’ve given me, I give you mine in exchange My gift for your generosity, to fill you with all the cheer and love of life May you be blessed with my love always Walk with me on the trails of life, in riches countryside Gather around with me as we make a toast to the joys of life Raise your goblet, cheers, and let us celebrate our lives On this picnic of friendship, you and me Dear one, you are a true friend in me There is nothing that makes me happier than knowing you Dear one, I will always be a friend in you You are…my sweet loving dear friend [This message has been edited by Mistletoe Angel (edited 12-08-2001).] |
