Walking down the road with not even a dollar. Just me my radio and my old dog Charlie. It will soon be time for us to go in. I can`t wait to tell everyone where we`ve been. I`ve been to the park and watched the children play. That was the most fun of all today. I went to the candy store and spent my last dime. But thats ok I`ll get somemore another time. I`ve walked around the block a time or two. Even that is fun when you have nothing to do. Oh,my gosh its getting late. They`ll throw a fit if I`m not in by eight. Home at last now what do I do? Very uplifting might I say... It put me in the mind of my dearly departed Granny whom used to walk with her dog *Freckles*...
