The wise men said ...
A red rose
never fails
If given
with a touch of feel

To woo a gentle lady
And to bless the love
that you have
Deep in your heart

The wise men said...
Singing songs
always help
If you sing them
with a loving sense

To gain her approval
And to bless the love
that you have
Deep in your heart

The wise men said...
Speaking your heart
always helps
If spoken
with true emote

To find her agreement
And to bless the love
that you have
Deep in your heart

And so we sing
...these love songs
And so we dance
...the rain dance
And so we speak
...the love talk

And so we love
...and love to love
And thus we give
...and give and give

***!***
this was written, actually scribbled on a piece of newspaper... and I found that clipping in one of my diaries (marked 1997)... so this must be 4-5 years old... wanted to share this... then I used to scribble at the rapid pace of one in a month or so...

Newspaper scribblings trapped in a diary, waiting to be released for 5 years.
That image is interesting.
Your wise men spoke well, but the wisest one is the one who listened and then followed the direction of his open heart.

Sudhir - even though it was written a long time back, I'm glad you brought it into the present so that I could read it...

Well, it's beautiful, I wish I could tell you how much this comforted me.

Reminds me of all the times I have scribbled on newspapers, paper bags, napkins and whatever...sometimes it is hard to figure out what I wrote later when I look...sometimes I misplace or lose them...
Reminds me of the time a woman I just met wrote her phone number on a napkin for me and I later when I got home and was going to call her I suddenly realized I had cleaned out my pockets when I went in to the mens room and apparantly threw her phone number away...James

Sudhir~
I've just shared this with a special person in my life~
He nods in agreement that you have penned reflection of his love~

'A red rose
never fails
If given
with a touch of feel

To woo a gentle lady
And to bless the love
that you have
Deep in your heart'

Delicately stunning, my friend~
Thank you for sharing the gentle of you~
