Watching the velvet darkness descend
and moon begin to shine
Spirit is set free to transcend
while seeking the divine

Weaving visions tender and clear
eyes no longer are blind
From the depths of the soul, sincere
words of love so refined

Waiting each night to fill my dreams
this time spent in your arms
Taste of an unknown kiss it seems
only one of your charms

While lost in fantasy I know
we are not far apart
Love for you continues to grow
with every beat of my heart
