I pick up
whatever is left
from this wreckage
I inspected
suspecting
that I still love you
I hold my tear
and save it with my sorrow
Admitting
that I'm nothing without you
I think of you
Yearning to touch you
Realizing
that I'll take you back
without questions
without answers
My love surrenders
everytime
you want me back
I can't help it
I'm not willing
to live
without you

This made me think of someone that I was in love with in my past...and after all this time I think I would still take him back without questions, without answers.
I'm putting your poem in my personal library, I really relate to it.

This reminds me of what my husband said to me when we seperated. It was wonderful to know that he forgave me and still loved me and wanted me back.
You wrote it so wonderfully.

yes, we will always take them back but we are not as easily inclined to expose our bellies as we once were...
