This is the very first poem I wrote, when I started writing poems. My heart has been broken I don't feel anything anymore There were many, I tried to love And I'd just get hurt some more My kids I loved too much It was such a chore They complained alot I was such a bore I tried to love my sister It was also a chore She just pushed me away So I couldn't anymore She thought she was better So I couldn't even score There was no time for me So I don't try anymore My heart has been broken By Sue 6/27/01© [This message has been edited by SmartChick (edited 10-04-2001).] |

Morning... hard to keep trying when all it seems to bring is pain, but without love, without the effort and the struggles life can be pretty meaningless. One thing I have come to understand.now that I am older ( much older than I care to think about) is that love true love..is something that is like a bird without a nest and feet... it flies for it can not land and be in one place...so to find true love, we too have to fly... and be willing to soar... I hope you find the kind of love everyone deserves.... fly... |
