Garden of Angels

Open the palm of your hands
They'll come in and help you reach out
They'll take you to somebody in need
They'll leave when you have accomplished
The greatest gift you have. Giving.

Breathe in the fresh morning air
They'll enter your lungs to help you run
They'll push you to limits beyond
They'll rush to somebody hurting
They'll leave when you have helped another soul to breathe
The greatest gift you have to give. Holding.

Leave your doors unlocked
They'll enter into your home
They'll share your bad moments and make you smile
They'll walk with you and stop you falling
They'll help you find the rising sun
They'll leave when you shed no further tears
They'll give for you to hold.
The greatest gift they have. Love.

Listen to your heartbeat as you find love
They'll enter into heart
They'll help your inner beauty to reach out
They'll see you through the initial stages of doubt
They'll stay awake with you at night as you wonder
They'll agree and disagree with you as you dream
They'll strengthen your body and respect your decision
They'll leave your happy heart as the rose's scents become overwhelming
You'll hold the greatest gift you have to give to them
You'll love them just as they've loved you
Because your life and happiness are the garden for angels
