She's just plain stupid, not seeing what you offer, the whole of you.

Maybe she just takes you for granted, maybe you shoudn't give the whole of you for a while, so than maybe she realizes what she's throwing away.

If we give too much is bad , if we give too little is also bad. Love is hard and some people are never satisfied. But to be loved no matter what, that's how I want to be loved. Great poem.

I think it surprises you because we all want to see things as we hope they were and not as they actually are. It isn't easy, but somehow you have to find a balance in giving. It has to be mutual or it can't work. Intriguing thoughts, Duncan.

Sad write here. I'd say maybe it's time to let go, but I know all too well that that is sometimes easier said than done.
