I stand upon the bridge, arms stretched out wide. I take a breath and tremble deep inside. I know that if I take this step, what happens in the end. I'll just reach the stretching point and bounce right back again. It happens all the time, has all my life. When I am faced with bits of stress and strife. I fall not looking just where I will land. If you too take this plunge you understand. My bungee cord emotions keep me taxed. Thats when depression comes.. when I'm relaxed. I let down my guard and before I realize. I'm looking in the mirror at a face unrecognized. But age has taught me well this I must add. To recognize the signs when I am sad. So I smile at the stranger in the mirror that I see. Take a step off of the bridge and holler to the heavens.. WHEEEEEEEEE! ![]() Remember me with a smile on your face, or please don't remember me at all. |

![]() (big huggssssssss) Oh Lucie, I'm so happy you feel that way, for there comes times when we are hurt deep inside, but then we glide back up again in these emotions to the sky, and fly with love and grace and surmount all. (smiles) You are such a loving and blessed friend to us all, sweet friend! (kiss on cheek) Have a beautiful day! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Lucie, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton |
