Trash Existing in different forms Staring from road side Rotting into new existence Cast carelessly from mouth Living briefly in minds Some held till death More lost to ignorance Dumped and piled high Homes built on garbage Gossip stinking to rafters Flys hovering above lips Sea gulls picking past Nothing good left over Broken shattered lovely vase Memory of her anger Sorting through plastic dreams Many million's discarded refuse Recycled into Christmas toys Pieces missed killing birds Trash bin useless junk Tossed far and wide Cardboard boxes of rich Becoming homeless happy treasure Chosen few inheriting greed Afflicted with deadly power So many suffering life Yet rewards lasting forever |

WOW!!!!!Some incredibly strong feelings and visions are in this poem, Sir Robert. An absolutely stunning poem that made me weep for all that it made me see. There is much in our world that is Trash.....how I wish that were not so. *sigh* **hugs** Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams. |

Broken shattered lovely vase Memory of her anger" This particular thought stuck out to me! I wish more things in world were treasures instead of trash... well done! RP |
