 Do You Still Love Me? By: Noah Eaton 11/12/01 Would you hold my hand if I was crying on a bench? Would you instant-message me if I wanted to talk to you if I’m feeling depressed? Would you ask me how I feel if you noticed my smile was gone? Would you reach your arms out to me when I need it the most? My friend, I am all alone And I need your help I hope you could see How much I love you But do you still love me? Do you still love me? Do you still love me for who I am? I just want to get to know you all a little better Have a second chance to live and share love and laughter Would you invite me in if I wanted to talk? Would you sympathize with how I feel or would you turn away? My friend, I am all alone And I need your help I hope you could see How much I love you But do you still love me? Do you love me? Do you still love me for who I am? I hope you could see how much you mean to me? I hope you can see how you bring me sunshine? Would you say that I mean so much to you? Or would you just leave me to cry? I just want to make you feel special I just want to remember any friends at all What can I do, what must I do? To touch your heart? How could anyone not love you? You are like a cuddly teddy bear that I want to squeeze and protect all night. Im sure that friend still loves you and if they don't (which is highly unlikely) then it is their loss! Everyone should be luckyy enough to have a womderful friend like you. I love the way you express your emotions and I will luv you always |

Sometimes we do wonder whether our friends do love us for who we are, especially when we have not seen them for a very long time. But I think it's some sort of 'renewal of vows' to ask this of them, just to establish that you do care for them, and they still love you for who you are. So, fret not. I'm sure they still love you. |

Noah, this is so truly touching. I once had a friend that felt exactly as you do. He was afraid I would never speak to him or even face him again. He did great wrongs to ruin our friendship, but in time, I found the strength to forgive him, and that man is now my husband.
