Lavender Butterflies
By: Noah Eaton
11/11/01

In crisp fields of lavender butterflies
Imbued by the violet stars in a dreamscape horizon
Fluttering by through a Technicolor past
Sliding among rainbows into sunny futures uncertain

Where the turquoise house rests on the rainbows ridge
Where sheer dreams cascade into reality’s realm
Upon jade waters where porcelain dolphins kiss the glass abyss
Hazed by myriads of gardenia, where the cherubs dwell

Among barley fields frosted in pearl hail
Feathered in cotton lovers whispers
Where kites are flown against the satin wind
Reflecting reveries upon beds of heather

In strawberry fields glazed in whipped cream
I lay and dream the days away with lavender butterflies of dreams in harmony
Waiting for my sweet angel to bring music to my world
Sailing away with her into myriads of fantasies…

What a wonderfully fantasy filled poem.. I liked it very much.. reminded me of childhood dreams of butterfly filled fields..

Remember me with a smile on your face, or please don't remember me at all.

Hope one catches your eye Noah and if she does go after her and keep trying...sometimes it takes awhile for things to happen...for hearts to soften...and if it doesn't work keep searching til you find the right one or she finds you...James

Noah,

I love this one.  It is vivid and flows so well with so many colors.  This is as good as anything I have seen for a while.  IMHO
