Forever We Sate

Its in the knowing
We cannot be
In taking fantasy
Where we can see

Its in the touching
Love embraces
We take fantasy
Into empty spaces

For each are filling
Longing fantasy
I can feel you
Can you feel me

My mind seeking
Taking a chance
Sensuous words
Makes heart dance

The body language
Forever one sates
Are we lovers
Or eternal mates

Together entwined
We always will be
Living the real
Sharing in fantasy

Of coming together
In night and day
The understanding
Each word we say

Each of us finding
Heart and bond
Sensuous touch
We do go beyond

Loving each other
Each seek more
We travel eternal
Both singing encore

Roll me in clover
Flow my streams
Caress me forever
In sating all dreams

Fantasy serves a delicious purpose, it can mingle with reality and bring you in touch with yourself and sometimes you know, it's just glorious, a wonderful feeling. Yes, it does feel sated and I loved your choice of words in this one.

Sharing the reality and the fantasy.

Yes...
It doesn't get much better than that!

This is a beautiful poem...also, I really love your knitted designs, on your website!  I do some crocheting and have some patterns on my site, but I haven't done many sweaters and the ones I've done don't use graphed or crocheted-in designs...I kind of prefer "hard crochet," meaning sturdy stuff and 3-D constructions.

Anyway...back to poetry, here...I'll have to read more of your poetry!
