Everyone has a defining moment in their life
That lets them know they've fallen in love
Some recognize it sooner than others
Perhaps it's how they smile at you
Or how they hang on your every word with vivid interest
No matter how you know, you just know

I use to walk this life
Alone on the inside, surrounded by happiness on the outside
The shadows I thought at one time
Would consume me
Love was something I never thought
Would honestly find a way into my heart

Then you came into my life
In my darkest hour
You appeared with your radiant light
Sweet Angel of mine
As though you descended from the Heavens
Our paths crossed and linked, that was my defining moment

At first I thought you were a dream
You were just too good to be true
I looked for flaws or signs of something wrong
While searching for a reason to back out
I fell deep into love with you
Like no other love I've ever felt

You light up my soul
Making my life a bright safe haven
My arms ache to hold you late at night
The distance for now seperates us
Our love though will break all barriers
No time nor distance can change what we share

Our unison is bounded by Destiny and Fate

Beautiful Amy, just beautiful. Both your words, and the meaning behind them. You are both lucky indeed to have found each other. A soulmate is not an easy thing to find, but it certainly seems as though you have found yours. I wish you many, many years of happiness together
