A Reflection by Vivian So(lizzy vivian)

When I passed by a shop window,
I saw you, the very own reflection of you -
A ring with so much pride in it.
I must confess I love thee;
Your character,
So confidence it stands alone and shines through the night.
I must be a fool
looking at the window for hours till sunset,
And must be odd
to think of you amiable against logic;
A fool who can’t lie to herself no more,
That the ring that I tried on
belonged to else body.

Love,
Lizzy Vivian

Hi, vivien, or aries. Interesting POV. Seeing both sides of yourself, but not in the usual reflective sense. Are you hiding from yourself in this? Or is the confident part of you letting the insecure part step forward into plain view?

I was saying how foolish I was to think about a person aimable against the fact he was not for me.
