Some people give expensive presents Such extravagance I cannot give Some people only need the simple things Such as love for them to live I cannot give you silver Or the finest chains of gold But I can give you all my love And my hand for you to hold There is one thing I have of value They are my words of love so true Through my words I'll declare my love As my heart opens up to you My words may bring you sunshine To brighten up your day Or my words may speak on behalf of me When some things are hard to say Through my words we'll travel together Over the deepest sea of blue And together we'll admire the sunset As my loving arms envelop you Suetang |
