Her hair it flew as whispers do, with softness on a breeze
Her eyes, they sparkled with a warmth, which every sense did please
Her face it brought me sunshine which the day refused to give
Her smile, it brought back happiness, which once again does live

"Her face it brought me sunshine which the day refused to give"

Rick, this is absolutely delightful! Such a perfect cadence and rhyme ... so tender in your warm and loving sentiments. What a lovely morning read, much enjoyed!

Best wishes,
/Kit

Rick,

this has such lovely flow....nicely done.

Look into the eyes of a man and
you will find the soul of the woman
who loves him...

Oh Rick!  I really love this!
Lucky lady who inspired you to write this.
Lovely, lyrical, and oh so endearing.
Besides there is a beautiful song called "She" which came back to haunt me when I read this.

Dear Kit, thank you for this wonderful reply, nice to share my thoughts which a lovely Spring day inspired.
From you Kit, you comments well appreciated.

My Enchanted Melody, thank you for your reply, it is happiness and sunshine which inspired the write.

A Whisper's Caress, your reply to me is much appreciated and enjoyed, thank you.

Dear Sunshine, I am glad you are enjoying my Snippits, the first line comes to me and the shortness of the piece then seems enough.
Thank you for your reply.

Dear Enchantress, I am glad that the read brought you a memory of a song, one day I hope that the song will bring a memory of a short poem. Thanks for the reply.

Dear Startime, you have a heart which spreads sunshine to all, I hope you have all wonderful days, thank you for your reply.

Seymour Tabin, I am so happy you enjoyed the read, thank you for the reply.

THANK YOU ALL MY FRIENDS.

Sincerely

Rick
