If I could make a list of wishes, be sure each request is filled I would improve the lives of my friends... for I love them... always will. Serenity would soothe souls, if tranquillity were mine to give Sweet-fragranced bouquets of contentment would bless each day that we live. I'd distribute peace and harmony warring nations have refused, Throw in all of the forgiveness an aching heart could ever use. I'd give pain-free days brimming with bliss, and the sweetest dreams at night Would be dreamt in loving arms that cherish as they cuddle tight. I'd still rejoice in their happiness when those loving arms aren't mine For if these wishes could come true, then my life also would be fine. They'd have sweet smiles for every day, good health to last all the years. Each heart's yearning would be answered; I'd banish all their fears and tears. Laughter would be frequent; everyone surrounded by those they love. So at night before I sleep, I submit these wishes to God above. Some folks are so important to me I've just this wish all my own... I for one hope that all your wishes do come true and I know that when you put your mind to it and your heart in it, then you will see that the wishes have a pretty nice boomer-rang effect. Very nice read there gal. |
