When two hearts ignite
Love becomes translucent light
Two lives become one
As the love outshines the sun

I will blanket your heart with my love
Like the virgin snow from above
Blankets the ground
Before tracks across it can be found

My love will light your nights
Like the silvery harvest moon light
I will hold you above all
Our love will have us totally enthral

Our love will keep us together until the twelfth of never
We shall walk the paths of love until the second eon of forever
Together we will be for as long as there are stars in the sky
United on the wings of love we forever shall fly

A nice love poem, Alan. And I could almost hear an old Johhny Mathis song 'The Twelvth of Never'.

Alan, this is delicately lovely

It's a keeper

Take care,
Melissa~

Well, Alan, you only borrowed part. "You ask how long I'll love you, I'll tell you true, until the twelvth of Never, I'll still be loving you, Until the twelvth of never, and that's a long, long time"  That's as much as I remember of this song.

so so pretty....

Look into the eyes of a man and
you will find the soul of the woman
who loves him...
