Climbing the Stratosphere into darkness.
A time traveler hurtles away at light speed.
Searching distant star filled horizons for one star.
A star which came to him within a dream.
A dream which comes back time after time.

Each dream containing within a message.
Each message a piece of a cosmos born map.
Directions formed within a love weary mind.
A search is born under the brightest moon.

Goggles to cover star struck soft eyes.
Coat with fur to ward off the fierce cold.
Boots,  snug to step on streams of cosmic dust.
A pack filled with a bit of a moon’s cheese
Canteen filled with milk of the Milky Way.
Brave heart inside beating as a drum.
A jaw set firm for the distant flight for love.

Three times around the Earth’s Moon,
Left at the tail of the  Little Dipper.
Straight to and through the blazing Sun.
Right at the beckoning  Milky Way.

Flying far faster than light itself
Eyes squinting against the brilliance.
Rockets trailing a single silvery thread
Into darkest space our traveler heads.

Onward to distant warrior  Orion’s belt
through glimmering Leo and constellations too.
Love’s hunger all this traveler has felt.
Traveling on as a space pioneer must do.

Magnus, this was well written. I could imagine a traveler whizzing around in the sky, among all the constellaions you have in here. The traveler will find what he is seeking one day, I'm sure of that. Great work.

God bless America, my home sweet home.
