I’ve been sitting here with my feet in the sand watching people pass hand in hand I see the words spoken in their eyes and silently I wish in painful realize I’ve been sitting here just taking in the view lost in my thoughts thinking of you as the day fades night drifts in slowly to this beach and I wonder softly why are you so out of reach I’ve been sitting here watching each wave rise and retreat this ache inside has left me feeling incomplete and like the passing of ships in night of pitch black if I reach out, I wonder are you reaching back? ~SEA~ |

you often say don't read everything into your poems...so I am responding by saying you wrote a wonderful "feeling" poem today. ~Wynter "The worst prison would be a closed heart". |

it's amazing what feelings can come out when we look inside. . . great job SEA. . . I love the "feeling" here as well. . . ------------------------------------------------------- To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |

I’ve been sitting here just taking in the view lost in my thoughts thinking of you as the day fades night drifts in slowly to this beach and I wonder softly why are you so out of reach This image is of great lonliness. To watch something dark crawling in onto the shores of your heart. Waiting....Soft and yet blue. A very poignant picture. Thank you for sharing. Sincerely, Regina |
