Too Good To Be True By: Noah Eaton 11/1/01 I dream of a love so pretty One that I’m eager to hold someday But then I wake up and my heart is blue I realize it’s too good to be true I dream I’m holding the most beautiful girl close to me I laugh and smile when I hear her breathe Then I wake up and I choke with sorrows flu It was too good to be true Every time I see her I feel so happy I feel free in revealed fantasies Then I see her disappear, and I watch her cry so terribly As I return to my prison behind these iron bars in melancholy I dream I’m dancing with you in the moonlight And we share our first kiss together in the amethyst twilight When the skies bleed black and blue and my body is freezing mute It was all too good to be true I dream I’m lifting your veil on a white wedding I kiss your lovely face and we begin a new happy beginning Then you run away, and leave my heart feeling maroon I’m a fool, it was too good to be true I thought I had this one chance This one chance to love anyone at all And now there’s nothing left, I’m all alone again I have no friends to talk it over, and I feel my world fall I dream I’m making love on the beach with you Listening to the waves crash against the shore under the moon Then you say “Goodbye!” as you begin crying and you run away so soon I can’t help but believe that my love is too good to be true Is it too good to be true? Is my heart born to be lonely forever? Do I have a love in my life? Do I deserve to be loved? |

Ah Noah, just give it time. All this will come true and more. I promise you it will. It just takes a little patience. Someone will love you and that big heart of yours. You have so much love to give, and you will find someone deserving of it If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please? |

Love is so precious but it can also be hurtful. It took me a long time to find true love, and even though its been rough its all worth it. Don't give up Noah, you'll find it soon. Good Luck. |
