Someday we will join
Before the eyes of God
and become one

When that day arrives
I can only imagine
The depths we can explore
The hights we will attain

For it's you that I adore
Being apart is causing me pain
For us to be together, my dear
Is no simple task at all

We have obsticles to overcome
The biggest is our fear
Alas we both have tender hearts

And while others have drawn from us
All which they could take
It's still beyond our nature
To turn our backs upon them now
And leave them in the wake

We will overcome our fear somehow
Because if I can't have you
My true love
I'd rather be with God above

WOW....you hit home to me. I have too soft a hurt and am having to learn to say "no". It is so hard. Goood luck in this task to both you and your future spouse.
