It rained last night
The door rang
and it was you
Looking tired
of wondering about
Finding your way back
into my arms
My judgement
blinded by your
sadness
I hugged you so hard
stirring in me
my dormant love
With tears we kissed
forgetting all past pain
Letting our guards down
Feeling on this rainy night
our love again

Judgement like the rain,
Pouring tears from cloudy skies,
Drenching all again,
Stepping from curtains that cries,
Moist thoughts and forgotten pain.

Reawakened love where hurts are forgotten can be a good thing as the hearts begin to heal. Very well said. There was such tenderness in the embrace of your poem.

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.

Maybe luckier to be a dormant love than a door mat love?
I enjoyed the read, walker.

Vulnerably beautiful!  Brava!

Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write.

very very lovely...

Look into the eyes of a man and
you will find the soul of the woman
who loves him...
