Worlds of toxic dying races
Weeping tears from their faces

Worlds of plenty, the happy ones
Pass the richness to their sons

Worlds so lonely they are lost
Seeking love at any cost

A comet passes sprinkling dust
The particles of magical lust

Worlds content and feel the love
Some so bright in the sky above

Galaxies merge together
Exchanging worlds now and forever

Black holes will suck you in
Time is missing on a world of sin

Planet Earth a place, a home
A world of protection under a dome

The void of space a place where we are
A harsh environment of emotions far

Look in the sky, look in the past
Worlds have collided but will we last

Supernova has arrived
So far apart but we survived

In the darkest edges of space
Just a memory of your face

In my heart you will stay
A void so empty every day

Searching worlds where you may be
In a mission of love called you and me

Could it be you that twinkling star
As I look to the sky so vast and far

Very, very nice, insect. And the pun is intentional. (I'm the nature bird who likes bugs.)
And I definitely like this exploration into space, time, and love.

What a wonderful read this one was.  Loads of emotional impact and the cadence was a pleasure to read.  It reads so well and so powerfully when read aloud.  Bravo for an
exquisite read and remember, if the star is one you can see in your heart, then it is very much obtainable.

Lois
I’ll meet you in the dark room
and we’ll see what develops?
