Ballet class Each Thursday night Leotard, skirt Little pink tights Pink leather slippers Soft and worn Hair in a bun A dancer is born Stretches and leaps Pirouettes galore A small young body Hurls around the floor Count the rhythm Remember the steps Grace in each motion Body; flowingly bent Sways to the music As it ebbs and flows “Once more ladies, And here we go.” |

(smiles) Awwwwww...sooooo cute and adorable this sweet poem is! (sigh) I couldn't help but cry a little reading this poem to remember my little sister when she was in ballet and how gorgeous she looked in her outfit, dancing happily! (smiles) Oh Lisa, I love this! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Lisa, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton |
