We Shall Survive

The waves rush in with vigorous motion busily making enchanting white caps.
The breeze is soft and cool as her long silky hair blows gently across her face.
Silently she sits and ponders the tribulations and tragedy that has plagued the world.
The complexities made from simple things, as tears fall and streak her face.
Her heart grieves for those who now have died for no sane reason.
The ultimate betrayal that plagues her soul; she knows the world shall come out into light.
The tranquil sound of the ocean, soothes and washes away some of the pain.
She smiles for she will be all right, so shall her country for the God of her understanding will aid the good.
The planes that deranged pilots flew to kill a multitude of innocents flown by pure evil.
They call it a holy war, which is sacrilegious for no God would murder and hurt so many consumed with hate.
Ben Laden tried to break our souls, but our justice and freedom will prevail.
With sadden heart she sees the war that now is taking place, because it must.
As the people of the world unit, as a God by any name; whatever race or creed is unconditional love.
The atrocity of September 11, 2001 will be handled, for proud Americans stand tall.
We with other NATO nations—proudly wave flags of democracy high.
For one for all and all for one…
       United for evil to be overcome by pure love that shows no boundaries.
