I keep these feelings bottled up
For I’m not allowed to speak
And if I were to let them loose
You’d think that I were weak

Bottled up and vacuum sealed
Where no one hears me scream
To let the feelings drip till dried
Seems only a distant dream

Then I twist and hear the fizz
As my depression starts to sink
I drain the thoughts and read the cap
“You've just won another drink”

I hope your emotions/feelings/experiences are eventually able to be aired, & that the top remains on the bottle.

I've found writing and reading poetry a really helpful form of therapy, when mixed with professional help!

Walt you're gettin' real good at this!

Let it rip buddy!

Can only be an "instant winner" if the feelings drain from that bottle and are heard.

Hey Walt, even though that was a good chuckle at the end, I felt the seriousness behind it. Or is it just me, feeling that way? Liked it lots, either way.
