I never could have done it on my own. No matter what I would have tried the results would have been all wrong. I was wandering in a place where light and truth just don't belong. But you braved the dark and entered in and you offered me your song. ~~ I was trapped inside these prison walls looking out through smiling eyes. So proud I was, for I was hidden well, in the cleverest of disguise. But you saw me for the fraud I was and you laid bare all my lies. Then you listened to my hopes and fears and told me soon the sun would rise. ~~ Now I'm looking out on a brand new day. I'm ready to face the sunshine and take whatever comes my way. When sorrows arise I won't choose to hide for now I have the strength to stay. With you by my side and your hand in mine, I know everything will be okay. ~~ (A work in progress. :-) ) |

This is very touching. I was trapped inside these prison walls looking out through smiling eyes. So proud I was, for I was hidden well, in the cleverest of disguise. So many of us live in those prison walls, and it takes someone very special to draw us out. You have obviously found that. I'm happy for you If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please? |

Let it progress. Someone wonderful stepped into your space, and pulled you from a dark corner. A good poem, Stacey. |

Lovely, moving, touching, beautiful Heather (CherokeeGirl) Without the experiance of love where would we be? We would have no memories to cherish. |

from bondage to freedom. . . all it takes is the touch of one. . . wonderfully done. . . ------------------------------------------------------ To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |
