“ME AND MY GUITAR” by Bill Charles ~~~~ I have this guitar, a Guild it would be, acoustic electric, sounds fine to me… When I strum a chord, its tone is full, hearing it when I play, and I have to agree… I’ve tried playing many tunes, but to no avail, never sounds right, for it just seems to wail… But when I play those sevenths, and the blues, down right funky it is, with any rhythm I choose… So I strum soft chords, playing with my heart, many emotions too, for both don’t seem to part… That guitar gets under my skin, deeply inside, especially when I play like this, those feelings I can’t hide… It’s just me and my guitar, playing bluesy, and sexy, as my body sways back and forth, wanting your company… This instrument of mine, so delicate and graceful, then I close my eyes, and think only of you… ~~~~ |

Bill, I love the full bodied sound of the guitar, especially the sexy blues. Nice write! ~Hugs, Nancy~ ~I've loved you forever, in lifetimes before.~ |

There's nothing more poetic and romantic than listening to guitar. Enjoyed -befriend yourself and you will never be alone- |
