Even in the darkness of a fog come slowly creeping in even in the twilight of a night you welcome as your friend--- Even as you pay the piper snatching tongue of twitching viper even in the darkness greet sounds of dance beneath your feet begin... Lessons learned in chiseled wood. I bit off more than what I should. How could I know--how I to guess? that I would be denied the bless Every footstep I mistook-- I fished for fish-without a hook all my plans are unexplained and yet I plan to stay the same even in the daylight greet sound of singing comfort's sane...remains the same again... Now tell me there's a reason that you denied humanity tell me love is just a season-- just your mood-a grace for me tell me every word I wrote was but a card--make noise in spoke of a wheel become too real just tell me now before I choke upon refrain... |
