When you get to California…………………it’s peace I hope you’ll find Introspection will lead you to…………….a calmer state of mind When you get to California…………don’t loose yourself in the race Seize time for yourself…………….demand a slower pace When you get to California………….not all is made of gold True wealth is found within…………………………the heart you gently hold When you get to California…………..touch a giant Redwood tree Feel the strength that grows…………………it’s what we all can be When you get to California…………smile in the sun shining bright Marvel at the melding colors……………..as day welcomes night When you get to California……………….catch my spirit at the sea Take a moment ………………….and remember me ~SEA~ |

enjoyed this, but am wondering where the person may be from that they might expect to find a slower pace in California...uh maybe northern, yes, northern CA nearer Oregon. The sentiments expressed here are wonderfully said and I'm sure you'll be remembered at the sea, Sea, and all parts between. |

When I get to California...I will be at peace too many days and nights away..may they soon cease. Touched my heart on this one. I am so homesick for San Diego, it just chokes me sometimes. You have touched on so many nice things about California. Loved it. Sandra |
