I rush around town With my face in a frown Hurrying to get things done Before the setting of the sun Tonight the music's sounds Turn my frown upside down Words fly through the air With the greatest of care The performer takes the stage In the latest fashion rage Applause ring loudly out As she waves to all the shouts I sit back in my seat Flushed from the heat Electricity will now fly Reaching to the sky I lose myself in song For what seems so long I smile deep inside Knowing I don't have to hide I can just be me Setting the chains free Under the moon my spirit soars To the crowd's thunderous roars All writing comes |

Sometimes, I don't realize I miss something until I am reminded of it. Been way too long since I've been to a concert. Enjoyed! |

JLR: It was the same for me. I used to go a lot, but lately I haven't been. Go get some tickets! Logan: The music you heard was Pat Benatar and she was fabulous last night! Thank you much, my friend. Saunni: Thank you! It was a concert in the park on the riverfront. Great setting! All writing comes |
