As grey
The colors end
Still weeping
Fading day
And longer
Stillness
Creeps
In

I’s
Don’t adjust
As they used to
When changes
In light or shade
Abruptly challenge
The way

As black
The night begins
Still bleeding
Brooding way
And longing
Stillness
Creeps
In

I like the way you presented it...added to its shadowed essence...
and from someone who has been inspired by Sy's poetry many times..
