Can I touch with love
All that I have closed my heart to
And share honestly with you
The true gift of myself?

YES!

I can meet the world
With an open heart
And receive all the blessings
Of this abundant universe
With gentle and sensitive hands.
I can look at the world
Through the eyes of compassion
And of love.

Each of us has a spirit---
Sometimes hiddn,
Sometimes more available.
But this light,
This generosity,
This peace.
Are our greatest gifts to the earth.
We share in the beauty of life
And in the ocean of tears.

The sorrow of life
Is a part of each of our hearts
And a part of what connects us
With one another
We speak and touch one another
As a reflection
Of our deepest understanding.
We discover that our breath,
Our body,
Our human limitations
Are a part of the divine,

Spirituality
Is based simply
On the capacity to let go
And to love.
To ope the heart to all that is.

The most special gift
You could ever give or receive
Is the gift of oneself.
Every person,
Every situation
We encounter holds some teaching,
Some guidance.
And may become a doorway
To our awakening.

Accpeting one anothers gift of self
As a treasure
Can bring us
Out of the darkness
And into the light,
Out of our loneliness
And into love,
Out of our partial living
Into the fullness of life.

There are times in our lives
When we unexpectedly experience
A moment of mutual love and care
So sweet and powerful
That it takes our breath away.
I have experienced this moment
Along my spiritual path,
I have come to realize
How beautiful,
And special,
And unique
Each person is.
And how God's grace
Flows into this world
Through the channel of our love.,

My journey--
Has been a slow and gradual process.
But,
I am now ready to accept
All the joy and prosperity
That life has to offer me
And accept life as a precious gift.
My gift is me
YOur gift is you
We are gifts to each other
It is up to us
To accept each others gift
Into our lives and into our heart
So we may live in the peace and joy
Of everlasting love.+
