The summer breeze, the autumn sky a whisp of smoke across my eyes lazily I listen to nothingness 'twas a time to recall the moments of past a time when I thought happyness would last It faded as the sun bedded down for the night it faded to a distant, dim light Of all the the thoughts I hold and all the stories I have told lies inside, my thoughts reside in me Many things have happened many borders crossed in hope of a world that welcomes my being alas my quest with no end is endless in its entirity Ponder yes, a future? maybe so time? relentlessly ticks its tock racing to demise, a date not fixed in my mind. *The summer breeze, the autumn sky a whisp of smoke across my eyes* Great opening lines. I know the feeling well and hope you find your happiness again.. and somehow stop watching the clock as much. It won't speed up at your own will. But that was beautiful. It flowed nicely and had great imagery. Write forever.. *barefeet&greengrass&peace* "If you've never stared off into the distance, then your life is a shame." - A.Duritz |
