We cannot destroy the weeds of terror with sprays from bullets and bombs of verbal hits. We have to attack the roots. These roots grow very deep, some under our own boots they reach far and wide they seem to hide but we must search diligently together to root them out. Injustice Poverty Bigotry Intolerance Repression Self-indulgence Self-righteousness Self. So, how do we go about the task? How do we destroy these roots you ask? By practicing and teaching Love Compassion Empathy and by demanding Equality Fairness Justice. We have heard the message in so many languages in so many generations for so long from Buddha, Krishna, Gandhi Mohammed, Jesus, Baha'u'llah Moses, The Dalai Lama and from John Lennon, U2, Sting, just to name a few. And the message is always the same. We are all one. The steps to world peace can never be built on foundations of hate. We must all join together, give our hearts and minds to Love, before it is too late. |

"Love is the Seventh Wave." An a little levity is uplifting. Thanks for reading. |

In case anyone else wonders about Sting, remember The Dream of The Blue Turtles Album, Love is The Seventh Wave song. This is part of it: "All the angels all the devils All around us can't you see There is a deeper wave than this Rising in the land There is a deeper wave than this Nothing will withstand I say love is the seventh wave " Thank you Sting. |
