In Friendship's Flutter ~*Marge Tindal*~  On softest flutter of heartfelt stir I sensed your presence on the breeze Turned and looked to see you sipping of the nectar in friendship's ease Openly admired the beauty of your flight from flower to flower Enjoying each opening blossom across the midnight hour Little butterfly by night you are such a poetic delight Softest praise you willingly share on all the flowers waiting there A gentle kiss and then you're gone across the meadow into dawn Leaving more than pollinated praise as friendship dances on your wings this day *For Vicky Your flutter is priceless~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |
