This Is Pain

Does it hurt?
No it doesn't
hurt them anymore.
For they have passed
to that other world.
The one we all
will know someday.
But the loved one's
they have left behind.
They have enough pain
to last them a lifetime.
You can believe these
words I say.
This is pain.

Agreed, James, what could be more painful. Glad you could write this, I cannot write at all right now, still shaking.

let us pray my friend. . . that there will be no more pain. . . for I believe that we have had enough to fill many lifetimes. . .

My heart goes out to those who have lost loved one's and yes we all will remember this for a lifetime...it has touched us all...James
