Drifting from my hand to floor, My ink pen, Has escaped my grasp once more, Thought words in my hand won’t keep, Fallen pen, My body has gone to sleep, Dancing thoughts inside my brain, Fallen in, Dreams flowing down sleeping drain Then imaginary quill, Filling in But not a page would it fill, Inkless pen. Drifting from my hand to floor, Has escaped my grasp once more, Thought words in my hand won’t keep, My body has gone to sleep, Dancing thoughts inside my brain, Dreams flowing down sleeping drain Then imaginary quill, But not a page would it fill, ...you fill these pages with many thoughts..and my inkless mind with temptation at times... oh just had to say it.. sorry, forgive me... it was just my nakdthoughts unfolding this morn. Then imaginary quill, Filling in But not a page would it fill, Inkless pen. ------------------------- Your pen is certainly not inkless..... I know how it feels that to be so at times.... You have expressed it sooo well.......and I enjoyed the read. I'll add this to my library ...in case a friend might need to hear it..... Thank you ************************ "Oh...me!Oh Life! |

Thank you, Nakdthoughts, Always a pleasure to please you. Thank you, Melody No inkless pens, I lose them long before that, Glad to add a page. Thank you, Zinsser, My thoughts are myriad and it’s hard to find the time To place them on paper properly. Thank you, Gentle Spirit Yes, I have been called “Full of it” many times. Pleased you liked my words. Thank you, baerlon The style form of this one in an inversion of my normal one. Sometimes I need a few more words and little more time. Gloom |

In light of the recent week, this penning was somehow a bit prophetic...or perhaps it is just now that I read it, and see it as such... |

Thank you, Cpat Hair, I’m glad to fill thoughts, Yes I’ve but to sit and begin to write, Always plenty of Gloom to write of. Thank you, Sunshine, Perhaps it was, Since then I have not posted, The pen is sort of inkless, but by choice. Now there is enough Gloom about without my words. Considering the nature of most my writing. I shall attempt writings with touches of hope, Glimmers in the dark. Gloom |
