Morning Fog Darkness came quickly, while droplets blurred my clear. As the storming subsided, I picked up scattered thoughts and laid them to rest for the remaining moments, before retiring to another dreamless night. Letting in an overwhelming feeling, a grayness colored my soul. Morning arrived, routine with something missing. I wonder why things change and who controls the happenings in life. And if one controls their own destiny, then why am I always looking through fog? ~A [This message has been edited by Alicethruglass (edited 07-11-2001).] |

*sigh* I've been looking through much fog lately. Guess we'll just have to wait for the sun to rise and burn it all away. Nice Write, Jeremy |

ah yes, we do so, and it is likely good that it is so, for if we knew it all front and back forward and past, how would we cope reminds me of the scripture... ( paraphrased ) now in a mirror dimly, but one day face to face |

I sense the feel of a rut, surrounding you, and the intense need to step up and out of it, which you are doing with your writing. Enjoyed! |

Fog shuts us down, and helps us look within...as does your poem. Nicely done. Bob |

Who controls the happenings in life...good question. I have no answer but I can recommend an excellant glass cleaner. I've read this several times and like it very much. |
