I lie upon this bed of stone,
that use to be so soft and warm.
Memories plaque, my heart and head,
I toss upon this stone cold bed.

What use to be, is now no more.
My love, you walk a distant shore.
I relive the seeds we've sown,
lying on this bed of stone.

If you can't make it so,
you need to let it go!

Kitty...I think I borrowed your bed last night. YOu can have it back anytime. I do relate to this poem very much. Although it is sad, you have written it well. Good job

Wishing only the best for you!!

It would seem like uncomfortable stone because of the pain....nice metaphorical poem!
