What I impart is cast out of a man, yet from his heart it's blood flows through his hand, the many moods grandiloquence to bland, a vastly hued chromemotive lifespan. No differ I from those who join me here, words beautify, amuse and oft' draw tears, we gratify when spirits triumphed, soar and mortify when good heart's faith is tore. A silken web whose net softens a fall, defeating ebbs in gentle tide's recall, to soothing shores whose promised peaceful loll, doth oft' restore from need to flee life's squalls. It seems now years since shone the light of Love, for weeks I fear it's words I can't write of, almost as though it fades into the past, receding glow which bade farewell, alas. Yet here with you the glimmer I collect, will do in lieu of passions sad neglect, kind responses hands on sagging shoulders, my confidantes unseen chin upholders. So while I mend to rise up from the dank, and try ascend from where my life has sank, honesty's penned into the poet's ranks, I guess my friends it's here I give you thanks. |

Well, true for some it seems. Good that you and others find support here. "As soon as the generals and the politicos can predict the motions of your mind, lose it." Wendell Berry |

Richard, I too am so grateful, but never could have written it so eloquently. Don't give up. The love light still shines in your words. As a beacon across the sky! Someone may be trying right now to brave the seas to your harbor. I believe, for it happened to me, it can happen to anyone. And I was the titanic. Thanks for sharing all you do. Sincerely, Regina It's all in the mind |
