Torn Apart By: Noah Eaton 8/25/01 I feel like time has left me freezing to the ground Leaving me trapped between four walls I wish I could fly away from here And wander down these narrow dreamtime halls But I've lost my wings It's getting to the point where I've forgotten to fly And all I do is fall I'm torn apart Can you help me? I'm scared that I may never feel my heart Ever feel free and glee And in all this ceaseless bleeding It's hard for me to leap... I feel like deja vu comes back to me every day All my tears take me nowhere I feel like the space between me and the world Expands every time I try and see what's over there And I want to be free It's getting to the point where I forget there's something more And my hopes are outnumbered by despairs I'm torn apart Can you help me? I'm scared that I may never feel my heart Ever feel free and glee And in all this ceaseless bleeding It's hard for me to speak... I hope that someday I can have the eyes to see All that I want to see... I hope that somehow I can find the words to say All that I want to speak Tomorrows always coming too soon It's getting to the point where I can't keep track of time Please don't leave me weeping So if I was torn apart? Would you help me? I'm scared that I may never feel my heart Ever feel free and glee And in all this ceaseless bleeding It's hard for me to think... I need you To help me through To all the promises I never knew I'll do the same We'll foreordain Hold my hand and show me the way Time has slipped from me In my misery Help me renew... Renew...
