(Dedicated to Mark - thank you, my sweet one...missin' ya... )

After losing my stability in the echo of your voice;
I contemplated the facets of your dialect.
Fly back with me, baby, to the falls
Where we encountered our connection.
Only when I am where the overcast light paints us
And illuminates our attachment’s essence
Will I be able to part with the stones I’ve been carrying around
And skip them across the stream
To where the bridge has long since been washed out.

Naturally formed passages join these two worlds
With adornment of ancient creek belongings
And the music of your heart’s passion.
No man has been able to distinguish
Where this sacred river’s course ends;
It’s almost as if the mystery of its destination
Has urged our eyes into this intertwining stare.
The surge of the downpour...the waterfall just in reach;
The accounts resting therein eternally recorded in our life’s pages...

-kh

tried to write a letter
to tell you how I feel,
but all I kept on writing
was slipping on the tears from the day...

These memories and the ones we have yet to share are all ones to emerse ourselves in my sweet and I plan on making more than just one journal out of them. LOL  So beautiful is your vision into the shadows of what is there that I am constantly amazed at your abitlity to reach them so vividly.  Excellent write and you KNOW I am honored by what you share with me.  Thank you for the dedication but most importantly, thank you for walking into my life.
