A willows cry is all we'll hear As we walk this road of fear And as we near the end of this road of fear Who will be there? As I look out my window at night The faces of the damned stare back at me And the light of the sacrificial rite Is all that allows my eyes to see I see troubadours and bridands Marching through the streets And the blood on their hands Is flooding past their feet Your gonna have to answer to your sisters Have to answer to your brothers Have to answer to your father, so listen to your mother. What once were green and lively Have now turned into grain what once was ecstasy Has now turned into pain Our youthful parents had started The revolution in motion But now they have parted The sickly hazel ocean. Your gonna have to answer to your sisters Have to answer to your brothers Have to answer to your father, so listen to your mother. "...apathy isn't it...we can do something. Ok, so flower power didn't work, so what? We start again." John Lennon |

exactly. . . you've said it well here. . . one thing. . . look at the first stanza and see if you can get away with not repeating "road of fear" in the third line. . . ----------------------------------------------------------- To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |

The repetition was kind of purposeful. It's a song much in the style of jim morrison :-) |
