The morning dew settled like beads of crystal on the velvely red petals of my last Summer rose I reached out to touch it only to have the petals fall to the ground and land at my feet Petals so fragile and delicate as the early Autumn winds carried them on their way Our love was spent such a long time ago 'tho neither you nor I would admit that love had deserted us as we both tried to cling to an imaginary lifeboat Nothing would save our love for it had run its course and had finally come aground The time had come for both of us to move on Like the changes in the seasons we too were in need of a change For now we were void of love and happiness as we moved towards a long cold Winter I look ahead with promise towards the next Summer and I hope that the warm winds will blow kindly for me then and once again fill my life with the love and happiness I so desperately crave Suetang |

Sue, I am sure if you are ready and open you will find the love you are looking for. Go slowly...... Look both ways before you "cross". ME |
